buy expensive policy or use inflation hedges?

My husband and I are considering buying LTC group insurance from CNA through our workplace.
I wonder, though, if it would be better to get the most expensive policy now and lock in a lower premium
or to increase our coverage every three years with their inflation option. The problem is that our new
premium would then be at the new age bracket. I am 61 and he is 62 and about to retire. BTW, the group policy says nothing about a "shared advantage" (which Diane
wrote about in April. Too bad...
