: Can someone declined for LTC get an annuity that has
: LTC benefits? Some kind of enhanced interest rate used
: to pay for LTC....I've heard of something like that...
I was declined for ltc insurance and my broker was able to sell me a variable annuity through john hancock that had a ltc benefit. I think the benefit maximum is $100 per day but the catch is that i can't go on claim for 7 years.
the benefit seems to be an actual ltc benefit rather than an enhanced interest rate
