: I'm starting to look for LTC for my parents. Currently, I have Cal Pers and wonder if anybody has any dealings with this non profit organization for gov't employees. How does company rate in the Weiss Research survey? Any comments will be appreciated.
Group plans are generally deficient in benefits; usually never offering lifetime home care/assisted living/nursing home, etc. You'd be better off looking at individual LTC policies - for benefits and stability of premiums.
