The absolute best answer to your question is...ask someone who is 20 years old and who is totally disabled due to an auto accident, disease, or cognitive impairment if they would like to have had this coverage before their own disability onset. How about Christopher Reeve or Michael J. Fox. Wonder what they'd recommend?
