LTC policy if had cancer

I had stage 4 (final stage) metastatic colon cancer 4.5 years ago and underwent surgery and 6 months chemo. Since that time I have had no evidence of disease. Which insurance companies are likely to give me LTC coverage at age 58? Thanks!
