is this LTC premium quote too low?

My wife an I have been quoted an annual premium of
$2,274. from Mutual Protective Inusrance Co. Do you know anything about this company. Quotes from John Hancock, Lincoln Benefit Life and Unum are about double what we are being quoted from Mut Protect Ins.

I am 63 and my wife is 59. Daily benefit is $120; Duration is Lifetime; Elemination period is 90 days. Total Home Care is 100%; Inflation is 5% compound;
Survivorship Waiver; We are both in good health and non smokers.

Does this premium look reasonable and do you have any thoughts about this company. Thank you for any advice you can give us.
