: The new policy that is coming out in 2002 is a new "individual" LTCi policy. I think you mentioned in a previous post that you purchased a policy through your employer--I assume it is a group LTCi policy. They are only coming out with a new individual policy in 2002. They do not come out with new group policies every few years. It's too costly to do that.

: The only way you can upgrade your policy is if it is actually an individual policy that you have and not a group policy.
