Federal LTC Insurance

Does anyone know the names of the Insurance Companies that submitted proposals to the US Office of Personnel Management on the new Federal LTC program? I saw in the newspaper that as of 1 Sep 2001 the process had closed and that contracts would be signed in Oct 2001.
