Should I own LTC Insurance

I'm looking for any advise. I'm a single 58 year old woman who currently earns 35,000/yr. Also, between my savings and 401K, I have roughly 150,000. I live in Atlanta, and I'm wondering if LTC insurance would be a wise purchase.
