All companies are concerned with a diagnosis of osteoporosis. A diagnosis by itself is not however, an automatic decline. Most companies will ask if there has been a history of fractures and they will probably look at your most recent Bone Desity Test results. If you've been diagnosed and have been on a medication such as fosamax, improvements in Bone Density Test results are common after 12-18 months.
