Just a little updat on your comments on GE.
- The case management (privileged care coordinator) is also independent with GE, not a GE employee.
- The reasonable and customary clause is exactly that. Any charges that are reasonable in the area are covered. Benchmark is agency costs. That thus means that agency is coevered, and as I have yet to see a 'neighbor' or friend that charges more that an agency, that is covered too. I know that this argument is frequently used by JH agents to distinguish themselves from GE, but it does not hold up.

I do agree with you that Carole should be able to find better coverage for a more affordable premium.
