If you are in very good health, the Hancock would be hard to beat and would come in around 1266 each. Unlike GE, it does not have a reasonable & customary clause, case management is independent, not an employee of the insurance company. You can use any legal provider for all areas of care anywhere in the world, including Ohio.

Depending on you financial situation, the 60 or 90 day elimination may be better and would allow you to go with a higher daily benefit. The higher DB may be more beneficial in the long run, plus JH's homecare days count one visit or more in a week equals 7 toward the elimination period.

There are a few other companies that will come in a bit lower as well with good contracts. If you want to get a good agent in Ohio, email me and I can find you one, I know a few.

Keeping what you have is OK as well. The only really bad policy is one NOT IN FORCE when you need it. So congratulations. Either way, you've done good.
