Amex/IDS : a great provider

Could Mr. Eads be more specific in regards to Amex/IDS and their claims paying? What are your concerns? I know you do not recommend nor sell these policies. However, please read a current specimen contract before answering inquiries. You have also mentioned on this website certain 'ambiguities' in their contract language that trouble you. Again, I know you cannot, but rather will not recommend a policy which is sold by a captive agent. If you do not find this discussion forum an appropriate venue for a reply, please email me your response. I don't wish to argue, however your experience will no doubt help me and the clients I assist if their really are such claims. Anyone else's remarks regarding Amex/IDS would be appreciated...
