Probably not this year John. Too many Democrats taking pot shots at the President's plan for him to zero in on this issue this year. I also have a feeling Congress is gonna try to marry the timetable to the Govt employee LTC plan for impact since the fed employees are the largest employer voting block in the US. Depends on who is pushing the plan and who controls the House/Senate at the time (what party). Politics...ain't it wonderful.
