Equitable Life & Casualty

I have read all your messages about the big LTC companies. I write for Equitable Life & Causlty (rated B++) for the last 15 years. They have never had a rate increase for any LTC plan they have written (since 1974). They have never denied a claim for LTC of any of my clients (whether qualified on non-qualified), and they have excellent rates. They are not like Penn Treaty was in underwriting (the don't take "trash" business). What are your thoughts about this company? Except for the rating I find them to be an excellent LTC company and I know my clients will be taken care of.
