As a LTC specialist, I strongly suggest to stay away from group plans such at TIAA-CREFF. Group plans like that could be much more expensive than an individual plan. I can tell you for sure that JOhn Hancock ALWAYS beats Tiaa for the same benefits, not to mention that JH is much more highly rated and very secure in an economic downturn--like we are in now.
