Author: Arthur Rudnick  Date:   02-28-05 15:22 NY just recently received it's first rate increase of 15% on some CNA policies. I was previously told that the additional premium was commissionable. Turns out with CNA, that's not the case. Some of you have had a number of companies with rate increases on existing policyholders.
