Long-Term Care Contract
When you enter into an agreement to purchase a long term care insurance policy you are basically entering into a contract. The insurance carrier agrees to pay out the benefits described in the policy, as long as you continue to make your payments in a timely fashion.
Once you have signed the policy contract, you do have 30 days in which to cancel if you change your mind and receive a full refund of your money. Sometimes this is called a “free look” period.
Here is a little more inform ation on the 30 day review contract provision.
